General terms and conditions

All activities performed, unless differently agreed and based on the kind of activities, are subject to:

Unloading, loading and storage: Logistic Services Conditions (LSC),as filed by FENEX (Netherlands Association for Forwarding and Logistics) and TLN (Transport and logistics Netherlands), with the district court of Rotterdam on April 2nd 2014 under number 28/2014.
Freight Forwarding (transportation): Dutch Forwarding Conditions, as lodged by FENEX on May 1^st 2019 with the Clerks of the District Courts of Amsterdam under number 23/2018 and Rotterdam under number 16/2018.
Customs and tax services (including formalities with regard to storage in a customs warehouse): Dutch Forwarding Conditions, as lodged by FENEX on May 1^st2019 with the Clerks of the District Courts of Amsterdam under number 23/2018 and Rotterdam under number 16/2018.
In addition on the terms above: Transport en Logistiek Nederland general conditions of payment, as filed with the registry of the district court (Arrondissementsrechtbank) of The Hague on July 2nd 2002, filenumber 69/2002.
